MINISTRY
We believe that today's kids are the future of God’s Church.
We want to change the spiritual landscape of our world by partnering with parents and challenging kids to share what they have in Christ with their friends.
When the church and the family partner together our potential to influence a child increases significantly.
Because two combined influences have a bigger impact than just two influences.
As we partner with parents, we ask two things:
Put Jesus at the center of your decisions
Be intentional with your parenting
4 Elements of Crossroads Kids Church
Connection…
Starts 10 minutes before service time starts and goes until around 10 minutes after the start of service. During connection time, kids and volunteers hang out, play with toys and games, do crafts, color coloring sheets and most importantly have an opportunity to talk and connect with each other.
Worship…
After connection time, kids clean up the room, and then head to the large group experience where they are able to worship God through song and dancing. Each song has hand motions and dance moves where kids can express their love for God.
Teaching…
Our Bible Teachings are creative and engaging, giving the opportunity for your kids to learn more about God’s word and how it relates to them. The Bible teachings are part of the monthly curriculum series.
Small Group…
When the large group experience is over, kids break out into small groups where they review the Bible teaching and talk more about how it applies to their lives. During this time, kids may play a game, work on their memory verse for the month, do a craft related to the Bible Teaching and pray together. Small groups are a place where kids can feel safe and experience a time of connection with their leaders and other kids.

Infant
(4 weeks - 24 months)
Your precious little one is cared for in an environment built just for them. They get to play in a safe space with age appropriate toys and volunteers that love spending time with them. We are here for your child while you get to focus on the service for an hour.

Toddler
(2-3 years old)
Your little ones are loved and cared for in a room designed just for them. Your little one is on the move now, so along with lots of play, we provide a bit more structure: one repeated Bible story each month, music time, and one simple activity that goes with the story.

Preschool
(4-5 years old)
Every weekend our Preschoolers will hear from Ollie, play games, create crafts and work in small groups, all designed to help your kids head home remembering the Bible story that they heard and the Bible verse that they learned. And not only will they learn motions to their Bible verse, they'll also move and groove to worship songs. It has all been designed just for Preschoolers.

K & 1st Grade
There is lots of fun and learning waiting for your young elementary kids. Each week they'll participate in games, crafts and activities, all with the goal of helping them remember that week's Bible story and that month's Bible verse. They'll all experience worship along with everything else; all of which has been designed just for their age.

2nd & 3rd Grade
It's an hour of fun and learning for your 2nd and 3rd grader. Every activity, game, craft, worship song, Bible story and Bible verse has been chosen and designed just for them. We know that 3rd grade is a pivotal point in their development. Prior to 3rd grade kids are learning to read but by the time they are in 3rd grade, they are reading to learn. They may not know it, but each week they'll head home having learned another great truth about God, Jesus and the Bible.

4th & 5th Grade
Your preteen is in for an hour of activities and games designed just for them, to reinforce the truth that the Bible can help them live their best life and that scripture will guide them along the way. Through the "So and So Show," worship and discussion, and everything in between, our hope is that they head home knowing and loving God a little more each week through an experience that has been designed just for them.
